Create subscription forms for sign ups


Create a subscription form to capture new readers and sign ups directly into your mailing lists from your website, blog or social networks.  You don’t need to know anything about HTML to build forms and they can be used as online event registration forms or even small scale feedback forms.

How do I build my subscription form?

Building your form is a 4 step process. Click on ‘Contacts’ on the main menu and ‘Subscription Forms’ in the dropdown. Click ‘New’ to get started.

  • Step 1: Choose from the templates on the left and click next.
  • Step 2: Give your form a name and drag and drop custom fields. Customise your form in this step with your brand identity.
  • Step 3: Choose the list/s subscribers will be captured into. Also set your form and submission options.
  • Step 4: The form is accessible on a hosted link, in iFrame, HTML and Javascript code that you can give your web administrator.
  • Click ‘Finish’ for the form to be live and capture subscriptions.

Recommended options

Use double opt-in confirmation for the best quality of sign ups. When the form is submitted a confirmation mail will be sent to the uses inbox. They will only be subscribed if they click on the confirmation link within the confirmation email.

Enable Captcha for security to guarantee spam bots can’t target your sign-up. The captcha is a combination of digits users will need to physically type into the text box.

Keep it simple with as few fields as possible. A name and email address will suffice.
