ISP's look at the amount of bounces an IP address produces to determine if you're a trusted sender. Bounce Handling
Everlytic will prune your data based on the frequency of bounce types.
- Hard bounce: permanent issue i.e. invalid email address or spam related
- Soft bounce: temporary issue i.e. full mailbox or server issue
Complaints Handling
Everlytic tracks 'report as spam' complaints that automatically set email addresses to "off", so no future messages are sent to the recipient.
- A complaints link is insert in the Everlytic auto-generated footers and appears on the unsubscribe page
- "Feedback loop complaint" alerts the sender about complaints to ISP's like Yahoo, Hotmail or AOL when recipients click on 'mark as junk'
Unsubscribe Handling
Everlytic automatically updates the recipient status to unsubscribed when they click on an unsubscribe link. Auto suppression is part of what we do, so you never have to worry about sending to invalid or non-existent email addresses, those recipients who’ve marked your email as spam or asked to never receive email from you again.
