Easy Email Creation

Without the right know-how, building attractive and functional email templates can be a laborious affair. With this in mind, Everlytic has designed five easy-to-use composition tools that cater for all users, regardless of skill, level to help you create beautiful, responsive emails.

The Builder is designed for users who have little to no knowledge of HTML or CSS. The drag-and-drop interface allows you to create an email design from scratch. The Builder optimises images and formats your content automatically. We offer many customizable email templates to get you started. The drag-and-drop functionality allows you to:

  1. Arrange the layout of the email.
  2. Drop images, text, and attachments into your email.
  3. Edit your text.

This option allows you to choose from a range of professionally designed email templates. Layout changes will require some knowledge of HTML.

The classic email composer uses a ‘What You See Is What You Get’ approach, common in email and word processing clients everywhere. With it, you can upload and edit images, edit the text of the email, and insert links to external sites.

Perhaps you need the freedom to code your email from scratch? The coder lets you use HTML or CSS to create an email template best suited to the needs of your brand. The coder includes a plain-text editor, a library of standard code which you can add to the email's code, and standard email personalisation fields.

Upload from a Zip File

If you use an agency or an outsourced designer to create your email templates, don’t sweat. Your agency or designer can send you a ZIP file of your mailer and you can upload it onto the Everlytic platform. Knowledge of HTML and CSS is not needed to upload the ZIP file.

Import from a URL

Template designs can be imported from a website. This is particularly helpful if you want to post copy from your website or content management system (CMS) into your mailer. Knowledge of HTML or CSS is not needed to insert the URL, but your CMS should be ready for publication before the system can fetch content from your URL. It is as easy it sounds, so start creating emails today.
